Has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Jackie played 4 years of collegiate basketball, while studying Exercise Science at North Central College. Her journey progressed as she moved in to the strength and conditioning role for coaching at North Central College and the University of Kentucky, while getting Masters in Business Administration.
Jackie is passionate about motivating and pushing people to reach their unique goals, and helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies.
Her ability to get to know each of her clients allows her to add a personal touch to each of her clients training programs. Jackie has always been on a team and enjoys creating a community in the fitness world, where people thrive off each others positive energy.
Understanding that every person has a different WHY to obtaining their goals allows her clients to experience a fun and rewarding journey towards creating a healthy lifestyle.

Linnea Lones has worked in the health and fitness field since 2012, where she graduated from North Central College with her degree in Exercise Science. Her focuses include minoring in psychology, while both playing both basketball and softball in college.
She has had the privilege to train a wide variety of individuals, which allows her passion of coaching to utilize many different modalities. Linnea’s holistic approach to assessing her clients needs has allowed dramatic transformations, both physically and mentally. Her ability to relate and understand limitations and injuries allows her clients to trust in the process.
