Jackie Errico has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. She is passionate about motivating and pushing people to reach their unique goals. Her ability to get to know each of her clients allows her to add a personal touch to each of her client's programs. Understanding that every person has a different WHY to obtaining their goals allows her clients to experience a fun and rewarding journey toward creating a healthy lifestyle.

Jackie Errico Fitness creates workout programs based on YOU - how your body responds to particular training modalities and the goals you are looking to obtain. Jackie graduated from North Central College (NCC) with a BA in Exercise Science and a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. She played four years of collegiate basketball and proceeded to be a collegiate strength and conditioning coach. Jackie has been a strength and conditioning coach at the Division I, Division III and high school levels. Because she’s an athlete herself, she has always enjoyed working with athletes. She decided to move to the private training sector, focusing on adult fitness, because she truly enjoys the personal connections and the results she sees in her clients over time. Jackie enjoys working with all populations because EveryBODY has a different motivational trigger. She takes the principles and modalities of coaching and training athletes and applies them to individuals of all levels.

Personalized Workout Programs

Whether you work out at your house with limited time on your hands or you’re a member of a big box gym, we can provide you with a personalized workout program to complete on your own. We take into account specific goals, equipment available to you, travel/work schedules, etc. By personalizing training programs, it holds the client more accountable and helps them to achieve their goals. Personalized workout programs include: complimentary 30 minute initial phone call and assessment, weekly check-ins, and weekly workouts (accessible electronically).

Nutrition is an essential part of your fitness and wellness journey. We will closely examine your current nutrition habits and regimen in order to reach your full potential. EveryBODY is unique and needs different food sources, but at the end of the day, food is fuel that your body needs. We will dial in to your specific goals and create the most appropriate and effective nutrition program for you that works with your workout program and your lifestyle.

  • Look at your Total Daily Energy Expenditure and Basal Metabolic Rate
  • Determine your Macros and what percentage of your food should be protein, fats, and carbs

When I train with Jackie, I feel like I am pushing myself and working hard. She is very good at building you up where you are at, and helps you learn and grow as an athlete. I always have fun working out with Jackie, and feel good afterword, both physically and mentally!

Beginning to workout with Jackie Errico was honestly the best thing I have ever done for myself both physically and mentally. Beginning the online workout programs with Jackie Errico was honestly a huge wake up call! As a former college and semi pro athlete, when I lifted I thought I knew all and I lifted like a brute. Starting strength and endurance training at 44 with a coach and a specific program for the first time was intimidating but I saw immediate results. Jackie took me from where I was and not only vastly improved my endurance and strength, but helped me focus on my weaknesses. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, motivating, fun, caring and will push you to achieve your goals. She is also flexible and designs workouts that fit your life and your needs!
