We want you to achieve YOUR best! Whether it be attending the most classes, dialing in on nutrition for May, weight loss, or feeling/looking good. Everyone will have different goals and that’s ok. We’ll help you determine the best path for you by starting your journey with a complimentary 30 minute Zoom consultation call with your Coach. We’re here to get you started, set your goals, and support your journey.
Workout with our fitness community
Access to over 20 Live Zoom workouts with top qualified and certified professional coaches
Strength + HIT
All levels are welcome for a combination of strength work and high intensity interval training. Minimum 45 min workout. Get your heart rate up, burn some calories, and build strength.
All levels welcome for our 45 min yoga session to work on flexibility and mobility, while relaxing the mind.
Mindfulness and Meditation
Dive into you intrinsic mindset with us. Learn about proper breathing strategies and positive self-belief. You have control over your positive thoughts!
30 min HIT + mobility work
Join us on Saturday’s for a quick 30 min cardio interval training session, and then finish with some relaxing mobility work on the body. All levels are welcome.

We want everyone to be successful over the next 28 days and beyond. Putting in more work into this challenge will increase your chances of winning the cash prize. To help hold you accountable and motivate you to work hard, we’re tracking your successes by:
training session attendance
You will have to register for our training sessions and attendance will be tracked, you will get points for each session you attend.
before & after photos
You will be responsible for taking before and after photos, in the same clothes and same setting to turn in on day 28 (optional).
muscle gain/ weight loss
You will do a pre-weigh in and a post weigh-in to turn in on day 28.
